This course will introduce you to the field of Java game creation through basic principles of developing simple levels and characters. You will learn how to manage objects, game loops, and basic interaction logic. It will then proceed to simple player movement, collisions, and rendering onto the screen. The course concludes with an opportunity to assemble a mini-game with multiple levels. You will have clear non-ambiguous explanations, and code examples to follow along with your independent work. Everything is constructed so you can build, step by step, your very first game prototypes.
